1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from National Trading Company (hereinafter “NTC”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to use our services or purchase our products.

2. Products and Custom Orders

NTC offers a wide range of lifting and material handling equipment.
Products such as wire rope slings and chain slings are made to order based on customer specifications.
All dimensions, load capacities, materials, and number of legs must be confirmed in writing before order confirmation.
Once a custom order is placed and production has started, it cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
A confirmed quotation is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
NTC reserves the right to revise prices due to changes in raw material costs or taxes.
Payment must be made via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI, according to the terms agreed (advance/full on delivery/credit as approved).

4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Products are dispatched through third-party logistics providers such as VRL Logistics or Kabra Express Logistics.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order size and availability.
NTC is not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers, natural events, or force majeure.
Any transit damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

5. Returns and Cancellations

No returns or exchanges are allowed for customized or made-to-order products unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return requests for non-customized products must be made within 7 days of delivery and require prior approval.
In case of an approved return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and securely packaged.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection and approval by the quality team.

6. Warranties and Liability

NTC warrants that all products conform to applicable standards and will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
No warranty is applicable for misuse, overloading, poor storage, or failure to follow industry-standard operating procedures.
NTC shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
Certification (such as Form 10) will be provided upon request for specific manufactured products.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, catalogs, and website content are the intellectual property of National Trading Company and may not be copied, modified, or reused without prior written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
In case of disputes, the jurisdiction shall be limited to Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts only.
Parties are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably before seeking legal action.

9. Amendments

National Trading Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
